Paneer Fried Rice
An easy stir fried rice recipe with a touch of paneer!

Ingredients
For the marinade:
Paneer chopped into small cubes
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon Ching’s Schezwan Fried Rice Masala (you can substitute it with red chili powder)
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
For the dish:
6 tablespoons oil
6 garlic cloves
1 green onion stalk
1/2 white onion (sliced)
1/4 red bell pepper (sliced)
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1 tablespoon Swad Chili Garlic sauce
1 tablespoon schezwan sauce/chutney
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
4 cups cooked rice
Salt to taste
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl
Add cubed paneer to your marinade, mix well until coated and let it sit for 10 minutes
Add 3 tablespoons of oil to a pan and sauté your marinated paneer
Once golden brown, remove onto a paper towel
In the same pan, heat 6 tablespoons of oil on a medium flame
Add garlic, green onions, white onions, red bell pepper, and cabbage
Sauté for 2 minutes on a high flame
Add chili garlic sauce, schezwan sauce, rice vinegar, and dark soy sauce
Add your cooked rice
Mix in your sautéed paneer
Add salt
Mix well and serve
And your paneer fried rice is ready to eat!
